What kind of tickets can the concierge obtain?
Your membership with The Lexo Club can assist you in obtaining sold out tickets to concerts, festivals, theatre or anything else. We are also specialists in obtaining exclusive tickets for events such as the BAFTAs, BRITs, GRAMMYs, movie premiere's, celebrity parties, award ceremonies or anything else.
What kind of member do I need to be to request tickets?
This depends on the event type. If you're looking for tickets to exclusive events such as BAFTAs, BRITs, etc then you will need to be accepted and have a valid Platinum or Black card. If you would like theatre tickets then any member can request these.

How will i be charged?
As per usual, you will be charged to the payment method linked to your account with The Lexo Club.
Are tickets refundable?
Your tickets are most likely not refundable due to the nature of how we provide access and that it is impossible for us to provide you a refund. However this is dependent on what the ticket is for and we would recommend contacting the concierge for more information regarding refunds to specific tickets.
Can i request tickets for someone else?
Yes you can request tickets to be provided as gifts in some cases. We always allow you to purchase guest tickets if you (Lexo Club member) are attending.
However we can often help you provide tickets to friends, family or clients as a gift. Please contact the concierge for more assistance in this.

Can i resell tickets?
No. Tickets provided from us in any form can never be resold as this is strictly prohibited and results in a ban from The Lexo Club and your membership will be terminated.
Do i need to bring my membership card with me for tickets to be valid?
Yes, we are authorised ticket sellers, hospitality partners or manage seats/boxes or provided with an allocation of seats/tables/boxes for our members and we have a strict clause to ensure ticket holders are members, with at least one member or have been gifted tickets from a member.
