Capital FM's Summertime Ball is returning after a two year hiatus caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The Capital Summertime Ball is an annual concert that puts on entertainment with the world's biggest musicians coming to the UK. For 2022, the Ball will be held at Wembley Stadium in London.

It is being rebranded as the UK's Biggest Summer Party after a long-awaited return. The Ball will take place on Sunday June 12, 2022. This comes after the event was cancelled in both 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic. The concert will be returning to Wembley Stadium, where it was last held in 2019. It will commence from 2pm with general doors opening at 12pm noon time on the day.

The event is expected to end at 10pm, running on for roughly eight hours. Proof of ID is recommended in the case of purchasing alcohol at the event to show that you are over the age of 18. Capital are running a Challenge 25 policy at the concert.
