Feelings Library (December 8th)

We’ve all had quite the rollercoaster ride through the pandemic so therapy service Self Space has teamed up with Skip Gallery and Caukin Studios to create the Feelings Library, where you can take a moment for your mental health and clear your head. The interactive installation features journal prompts written by their therapists, giving you space to get your feelings down on the page, as well as the chance to read other people’s stories and see that we’re not alone after all.

Inspired by the escalating mental health crisis in the UK, as well as the sensorially overloaded cityscape in London, FEELINGS LIBRARY will see the creation of a month-long immersive public space, created within the confines of a skip.
