Keeping Our Members & Chauffeurs Safe During The Pandemic (December 26th)

After just launching our chauffeur service in Paris, alongside London and while cases are rising, we believe its the perfect time to discuss our efforts in lowering the spread and keeping both members of The Lexo Club and our chauffeurs safe.

Amenities
Sanitising towelettes and tissue packs are now on hand for every passenger. Complimentary water has been moved to the door pockets.

We have also removed any sweets, chewing gum boxes, mints and any other clutter from the vehicle in an attempt to lower your chance of touching or consuming un-sanitised items. Chewing gum and sweets would of specifically posed a hazard due to previous clients touching.

Disinfecting Vehicles
Chauffeurs sanitise every touch point after every journey using single-use disinfecting wipes, as well completely disinfecting the vehicle with spray and wipes at least twice each day.

We have created a strictly followed protocol to disinfecting vehicles, which includes standard of cleaning products and also a cleaning checklist.

Daily Checks
The Lexo Club thoroughly checks vehicles and chauffeurs for compliance on a daily basis.

Face Coverings
​Lexo Club chauffeurs now wear face masks at all times for both passenger journeys and deliveries.

We have also implemented strict rules in replacing disposable face masks and the regular cleaning reusable ones for chauffeurs.

We are always adapting to the current situation to keep both our members and our chauffeurs safe. Please always wear a face mask (unless exempt) when taking advantage of our chauffeur service and sanitise as often as possible. Please always ask your chauffeur for sanitiser and feel free to ask them about the disinfecting of the vehicle as they will be happy to inform you.
