Our Christmas Opening Hours 2021

As you are most likely already aware, The Lexo Club never closes and is always available to assist our members. However there is a few important dates and things to note as we will be extremely busy in some departments and we have less staff on some important dates.

The Lexo Club Concierge
The Concierge will be open everyday of year but will be running a reduced service on Christmas Eve (After 6pm), Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve (After 6pm) & New Years Day. Reduced service means that we have a smaller team working on these days and you may notice our replies aren't as fast as usual but we've made sure this won't effect your service as most requests don't need to be handled instantly and there is no partner venues open that day or places for us to book on your behalf so any request shouldn't require urgent attention. You will still hear back from us on these days with the answer to your request.

The Lexo Club Chauffeur's
Our Chauffeur service is running at full capacity everyday of the year but we are expecting it to be busy on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve so thats why we are asking anyone who knows they will require travel on those days to book it with us at least 24 hours in advance with our concierge to guarantee the booking. Remember that our chauffeurs can only be booked by a member but enjoyed by anyone so if you would like to organise your family's Christmas travel then it can all be arranged. Our office in which we can dispatch our collection of 150+ chauffeurs will be running at full capacity with extra staff to handle the busy period.

The Lexo Club Members Only Store
You can still visit our store to make an order or request a member of our concierge to process the order for you and if your order is due to be shipped out then it will be shipped out on the next working day (not including Christmas Eve or New Years Eve).
