Consisting of a 4 enormous stores, it's a cross between Harvey Nichols' fashionista style with the comprehensiveness of Harrods. In addition, Selfridges stores are known for their architecturally spendor and  well worth a visit. This is the kind of store that is a day trip all by itself, with fashion for men, women, children, jewelry, toys, housewares, several beauty salons and nail bars, designer furniture, home and lifestyle products, technology, and appliances.

John Lewis has been a staple of high-end London retail since 1841.  While not known as a upscale fashion destination like Harrods and Harvey Nichols,  John Lewis’ tends to focus on safe established upscale brands such as Calvin Klein,  J.fashion,  Crew, and Mulberry.   Given the more reasonable price points of their core designer brands, we recommend John Lewis as a destination for shoppers who want to update their business attire, do holiday gift shopping, explore personal shopping London experience or create/enhance a capsule wardrobe.
