Red Carpet Premiere of 'The Duke' (February 8th)

The Lexo Club are proud to be able to have first offered you access to an extremely exclusive preview screening of 'The Duke', but are delighted to now be offering you access to the UK Red Carpet Premiere of the movie.

The premiere will take place on the 8th of February at the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square, London. This is the first time a premiere has ever taken place at the National Gallery, so is a truly unique industry event. It will also be the first red carpet premiere to take place post Covid restrictions. The main cast members; Helen Mirren, Jim Broadbent, Heather Craney, Stephen Rashrook, and others are expected to all be in attendance.

The film is set in 1961, where a 60 year old taxi driver stole Goya’s portrait of the Duke of Wellington from the National Gallery in London. It was the first (and remains the only) theft in the Gallery’s history. What happened next became the stuff of legend.
