Lates are back at the Science Museum this month and the after-hours event series is kicking back off with Space Lates. The museum will be celebrating the past, present and future of space exploration with Apollo 10 Command Module, astronaught Tim Peake's spacecraft and a piece of the Moon on display.
You'll be able to learn about Britain's rocket programme, moonwalk under the Black Arrow rocket, train like a cosmonaut in a Soyuz simulator, try on a replica ESA spacesuit, test your knowledge at a space-themed pub quiz, enjoy a live performance from violinist Anna Phoebe with visuals from the ESA, listen to talks on the UK's future in space and whole lot more. Members can attend this event for free or purchase a VIP ticket for £14, which will allow you to skip the queues, a welcome drink and 15% discount in the museum shop. Contact the concierge to book your place or arrange your attendance.
