Sup Ya Ramen Series (February 16th)

2021 may not have been the year of freedom we all thought it might be but it was the year that Luke Findlay was finally able to take Supa Ya Ramen permanent with its very own spot in Dalston. Now he’s taking another step up for 2022 and launching a guest chef series, where some of the hottest cooks in town will be swinging by to put their own twist on ramen.

Each guest chef will create one bowl and two snacks, as well as being in charge of the playlist for the day so you’ll be able to experience their taste in music as well as in ramen. Here’s what the line-up looks like:

• Sun 30th January | Ixta Belfrage 
• Sun 6th February | Ling Lings
• Sun 20th February | Mystic Borek 
• Sun 27th February | Two Hot Asians 
• Sun 6th March | The Little Sauce
