This unique documentary chronicles the enduring love affair between The Beatles and India, from more than half a century ago. The directors employ rare archival footage, photographs and eye-witness accounts of the time when this legendary group visited a remote Himalayan ashram in search of spiritual bliss – a time that inspired an unprecedented burst of creative songwriting and an experience that helped bridge two vastly different cultures.
