One of our most common requests is to upgrade a membership and seen as we restructured the members area and how you can upgrade, we thought it was worth making this short article about how to do so.

In the past, you had to complete an upgrade application as a member to upgrade. Now you no longer have to do so and only have to open a request to upgrade with our concierge (by emailing or calling us). Once you send your request, our applications team will then review your account, eligibility and make their decision. We will contact you if we need any more information required to upgrade.
