January just got HOT because Hot 4 U is teaming up with Cave Cuvée for the best Sunday dinner you’ll have all month. The Hot 4 U team will be heading to Bethnal Green and cooking up a right feast in the Cave Cuvée kitchen with dishes like pork fat bun with plum olive, Carlingford oyster with pet nat gelee, aged beef tartare with buckthorn kosho & cabbage, smoked carrot & pine with grilled cream, and malt & chocolate with artichoke on the seven course set menu.
