Can i pay monthly?
You can pay your membership fees on a monthly basis for all plan, excluding the Black Card. We may introduce monthly payments in the future for the Black Card but currently have no plans to. If you would like to see this happen, let us know!
is my membership refundable?
We are proud to say that this has never been an issue that has occurred with a member, however membership is non-refundable due to type of product it is. However if you were unhappy with your membership then we would be happy to arrange a meeting with you to see how we can help you.
Can someone use my membership?
Unfortunately the membership can only be used by the holder and lending it out is strictly against the rules and a result in a suspension or ban of membership. We look at all our members as a part of a respected community and have strict rules to preserve this exclusive, respected tone that the whole Lexo Club obtains.
There are many benefits to guests of Lexo Club Members such as access to guest lists and entry into clubs as long as The Lexo Club member is with them throughout their whole visit. can i refer someone to become a member?
Members have full ability to increase chances of acceptance and fast track any new applicants.
How can i upgrade my membership?
You can upgrade your account at any time via the Members Area or by talking to The Lexo Club Concierge.
How old do i have to be to become a member?
You need to be at least 18 years of age to apply to become a member of The Lexo Club. Please note some partner venues may be restricted to members 21 years of age and above at their own discretion. We will always inform you of any age restriction above 18.

Unfortunately our eligibility criteria is confidential. The aim of applications is to ensure The Lexo Club is suitable for the potential member and that they will benefit from our membership.
How can i update or change my payment method?
Updating your payment method is simple and can be done via logging in to the members area, read the instructions below for more information on what to do. You can also request a payment method update email from the concierge which will send you a link to easily and straight away update your details. The concierge can also update your payment method via the phone for you.

Will i recieve a physical or virtual membership card?
If you are paying your membership fees on a monthly basis, then you will be issued an Official Virtual Membership Card that can only be held on your mobile device via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. These cards are using some of the best technology and automatically update and sync to your account with us. You can still make a request for a physical card but it may not be included in your plan.
If you opt for paying your membership fees for your Platinum Card on an annual basis, then you will recieve an Official Virtual Membership Card and one of our metal physical cards. You may need to request your physical membership card and we can order it for you.
All Black Cardholders recieve a virtual and physical metal card as standard, free of charge.

How can i add my virtual card to apple wallet or google wallet?
Make a request with The Lexo Club Concierge and they will issue you a temporary link to add it to your device. Your virtual membership card can only be on one device at one time.
When does the card expire?
Virtual Cards will have a expiry date but if you have outstanding payments or are no longer paying monthly membership fees then it will automatically disable in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Physical cards expire around your next annual billing date.

What is the lexo club concierge?
The Lexo Club Concierge is a feature included for all of our members. We can help you make reservations, arrange visits to private member clubs, arrange for you and guests to be added to an exclusive guestlist, source exclusive or sold out tickets, provide access to exclusive events such as red carpet premieres or award ceremonies such as BAFTAs, OSCARs, BRITs etc...
The Lexo Club has some of the best connections in the movie, music and fashion industry and can get access to any event for our Platinum and Black Cardholders. We also have tables at award ceremonies for our guests to enjoy and then be driven by our chauffeurs to the official after parties.

We are extremely confident in our partnerships, corporate memberships, connections & contacts to source access to the most exclusive, A-List and invite-only events out there. Therefore you can feel free to request access to any event globally of your choice.
We do have an events page that can be accessed from the members area if you are a Platinum or Black cardholder, where you can see some of the biggest events we have secured places at, although this is a limited viewing of events we have access to so please always ask the concierge for an event if you're interested in going. We also write about events we offer access to via our news outlet page so you can stay updated there and on social media.

Can you send a chauffeur via the concierge?
Yes we can. We have chauffeurs ready to collect you on average within 14 minutes of your location when in a Lexo Club Chauffeur-ready zone. Simply these zones are currently London (anywhere within the M25) and Paris. You can view these zones on The Lexo Club Map.
If you are outside a chauffeur-ready zone then we can arrange travel for you with a partner or source your travel with a trusted provider.

Can you send flowers?
Yes of course, we can arrange for a flower delivery to be made to a loved one for you at any time. Subject to availability with partner suppliers. We can even arrange a chauffeur of ours to go to your favourite florist and deliver them instantly.
Can your chauffeurs go and collect someone for me?
Yes of course, subject to the same rules and in an chauffeur-ready zone. We can issue a chauffeur to any location in the zone to collect whoever you wish.
Is the concierge free?
The concierge is free for all members but limited to what you can use it for depending on whats included in your membership. You will never be charged for a request as it is included in your membership. We only collect payment for costs incurred for making the charge such as charge for tickets, travel etc...
How do i use my membership to get into an exclusive club?
Simply inform The Lexo Club Concierge of the club you wish to attend and they will organise your name and membership details to be added to their guestlist. If you would like to book a table at one of these exclusive clubs then be sure to inform the concierge and they can book it for you.
We ask that you make guestlist requests by 5:00 PM on the day you wish to attend at the latest because guest lists are nearly always finalised by 5:30 and printed and then it becomes difficault for us to add you after this point.

Of course! The clubs and private member clubs on The Lexo Club are ones that work with us to accept our members into their clubs and treat them like VIPs throughout their stay. However our concierge can of course make reservations, bookings or add you to a guestlist of any club.
How do you provide eligible members with complimentary spotify/netflix?
When you're accepted or renew membership with us, the concierge will provide you with a code and instructions to enter it into your Spotify and/or Netflix account. This will then link your membership with The Lexo Club to your account with Spotify/Netflix and then you will recieve their service free of charge.
How can i get complimentary tickets from you?
We always are offering complimentary tickets to exclusive events that the general public can't get their hands on. If you're looking for complimentary tickets then contact the concierge or click here to find out what complimentary tickets we currently have on offer.
How do i use my complimentary gift card?
When you get accepted as or renew a Platinum or Black card membership, you are entitle to either a £50 gift card (for Platinum members) or a £100 gift card (for Black members) at The Lexo Club Members' Only Store.
These gift cards can be used to purchase any exclusive products of ours within our store. They can not be used on anything else sold or offered by us. Please ensure you use them and check expiry date upon receiving the gift card.

How can i use it to enter art galleries?
Our members are never expected to pay to enter into a partner art gallery. Simply check that there is no event on and that the gallery is open and then you are free to turn up.
Please note sometimes you may require tickets, which will always be free of charge so be sure to contact The Lexo Club Concierge to help arrange your attendance to a gallery.

What vehicles do you obtain in your collection?
We have a collection of 150+ Mercedes Benz chauffeur vehicles in London alone. This high amount ensures low wait times and ensures that you have a chauffeur to hand whenever you need one.
We operate Business, First and XL class in London. Business class are all Mercedes Benz E-Class'. First Class is made up of a collection of Mercedes Benz S-Class' and our XL Class is our collection of Mercedes Benz V-Class for when you need a few more passengers.

Are all your cars black?
Over 90% of our collection of cars are black but we do have some that aren't in our collection which we use for assistant services or staff travel and on occasions as chauffeur vehicles.
You can request to the concierge to always send black cars and we will never dispatch a non-black vehicle to collect you. Or you can tell us when booking that you require a black vehicle.

How quickly can you get a chauffeur to me?
It takes on average 4 to 9 minutes for one of our chauffeurs to arrive to you from the time of our concierge answering your request. During peak times the average can become a maximum of 17 minutes.
How will i be greeted?
Our chauffeurs will greet you with "Hello my name is ... and I am from The Lexo Club" at the car, holding the door for you or at your location and will walk you to the vehicle and open and close doors for you. If it is raining then our chauffeurs will walk you to the vehicle using an umbrella.
Can i play my own music in the vehicle?
Yes of course! Once inside the vehicle the chauffeur will assist you in connecting your device via Bluetooth to Mercedes-Benz state of the art sound system to enjoy your music.
What information can my chauffeur see about me?
Our service is extremely discreet and the only information shared with the driver is your location, destination, name and often details of your itinerary.
Do i need to be a member to use the service?
You need to have a membership with us to book a chauffeur, however you can book them for anyone. Therefore our chauffeur service is available for all your friends and family to enjoy when visiting you.

The Lexo Club Chauffeur-Ready Zones are the zones that we operate our own chauffeur service. We currently only have our London Zone open but will be opening zones all over the world in the future.

How do i pay for a journey?
We often quote you the expected fee before dispatching a chauffeur and when accepted by the member we then charge that automatically to the payment method linked to your account with us. If then the cost is higher than expected we will charge the difference to your payment method after your account.

Can i leave a tip?
Yes you can! Feel free to leave a cash tip with any driver. We are currently working on new technology to charge tips to your payment method upon request and then send it directly to the driver.
DO YOU HAVE A TFL OPERATORS LICENSE?
Our service is completely insured, legal and obtains a Transport for London Operators License.
How will i be charged for a request?
All members have a payment method linked to your account, which we use to deduct membership fees. We use this payment method to automatically collect payment for requested goods and/or services, however not to worry as we will always confirm this with you before placing a charge. For some larger payments we may issue an invoice that must be paid manually for security reasons.
Why do i have credit on my account?
Sometimes you may find that you have credit on your membership account and this can be spent with us at any time. You can continue to use your membership and next time we charge your account (for any concierge request or renewal), it will automatically spend the credit on your account before charging your payment method.
Can i withdraw credit from my account?
Unfortunately you can not withdraw credit from your account generally. However whenever we make a charge to your account it will deduct from account credit first automatically, this includes membership renewal fees. Therefore you can let it carry over to discount on future membership fees.
