We have been working hard to launch our next Chauffeur Zone in Dubai for all of our members to enjoy. The Lexo Club operates its own chauffeur service currently in London and Paris and now Dubai (for our Black Cardholders).
Our chauffeurs are experts in their field and have passed extensive training in local area, etiquette, privacy and first aid. The chauffeurs work directly alongside The Lexo Club Concierge to cater for all needs and work as the members' in-person concierge. We also maintain all our vehicles to the highest of standard, with daily quality checks. Discreet colours with no company signage. All chauffeurs carry water bottles to umbrellas to phone chargers in all vehicles for our members and guests to enjoy. We are now allowing members of The Lexo Club's Black Card to start using our chauffeur service in Dubai, while we still grow. The shortest wait times are currently in the center of Dubai but a chauffeur request can be made for any address within the new zone. We aim to launch the Dubai Zone fully by the summer and are working hard to get more vehicles and hiring and training more drivers to get on the Dubai road's. Once launched our Platinum & Black Cardholders will be able to prebook and order on the spot via our concierge and our Gold Cardholders will continue to be able to prebook only. Eligible members can still request travel assistance in Dubai and it shall be handled via the original method and not our new zone method. The Lexo Club have improved The Lexo Club's Gold Card tier by making some changes to the included benefits and by now introducing the option to pay membership fees on a monthly basis. The Lexo Club's Gold Card is priced at £55 per month or £594 per annum. When paying using monthly payments, you only have to commit to 6-months of membership, rather than a whole year as well now.
We've made some changes and now the benefits of the Gold Card now include the ability to request tickets for events via The Lexo Club Concierge, which was not previously included. Gold Card members can now apply for events they see listed on the news page or request tickets to an event. They can continue to enjoy access to the The Lexo Club's Chauffeur Service on a prebook basis only, which is the same as before the change. Gold Cardholders will not recieve a physical card now as standard and will have to separately purchase this. While The Lexo Club's Platinum & Black Card are much higher in price and exclusive, we intend to make the Gold Card more affordable way to involve yourself in The Lexo Club Lifestyle & Culture. Therefore to do so, we now will not issue a physical card as standard. Members will still recieve their Membership Card Number as these are generated regardless and used in the process of bookings & concierge requests. While the Platinum Card remains at a 6 month waiting list and strict application only basis, The Lexo Club's Gold Card is open for instant acceptance and sign-up. Simply head over to the 'Apply' page and select Gold. Once you fill-out all of your details and submit, you will be instantly accepted and we will start setting up your account. The Black Card remains on an invite-to-apply basis only. We hope that these changes improve the customer satisfaction and effectivity of The Lexo Club's Gold Card. We also hope that we attract many new members with our easier and more-affordable monthly payments. We are always booking our members into airport lounges or arranging travel with our chauffeurs to airports. Now we are offering a meet & greet service at nearly all airports globally that allows you to be escorted through immigration and security at ease to ensure you're treated like The Lexo Club member you are.
